1. Service publisher
The KLN Monitoring service is published by KLN-WEB, a sole proprietorship (auto-entrepreneur) represented by Kellian Jonville, registered office at 212 chemin Les Molières, 84440 Robion (France), registered under SIREN 847 871 191. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French CGI. Contact: contact@kln-monitoring.fr — 07 45 26 41 07. See also the legal notice.
2. Purpose
KLN Monitoring is an online (SaaS) platform for monitoring, security and decision support for PrestaShop and WordPress sites, including an AI-based copilot. These terms govern access to and use of the service.
3. Account & subscription
Access to the service requires creating an account. KLN Monitoring offers a 14-day free trial giving access to the entire service (full detail and AI copilot). At the end of this period, access requires a monthly subscription without commitment, billed per monitored site according to the current price grid. Payments are handled via our provider Stripe.
4. Service level
KLN Monitoring implements reasonable means to ensure service availability and analysis reliability. The service is a monitoring-support tool and cannot guarantee the complete absence of incidents on monitored sites, nor replace the security measures specific to each hosting.
5. AI suggestions
Recommendations generated by the AI copilot are provided for guidance, intended for a professional. They must be evaluated by the user before any implementation. KLN Monitoring cannot be held liable for decisions made on their sole basis.
6. User obligations
The user agrees to only add to monitoring sites they manage or for which they have authorisation, and to use the service in accordance with applicable regulations.
7. Termination
The subscription can be cancelled at any time from the client area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the competent French courts of the publisher’s registered office jurisdiction.
