1. Data controller

2. Data collected

Account data: name, email, billing information.
Monitored-site data: URL, public technical data (versions, modules, performance, certificates) and monitoring signals.
Usage data: connection and service-usage logs, for security and improvement purposes.

3. Purposes

Your data is used to provide the monitoring service, generate analyses and suggestions, manage your subscription, alert you in case of an incident, and provide support.

4. Legal basis

Processing relies on the performance of the contract (providing the service), your consent (where applicable) and our legitimate interest (security, service improvement).

5. Sub-processors

We use providers for hosting, payment (Stripe) and AI-assisted analysis. These providers only access data to the extent necessary for their service, in compliance with the GDPR.

6. Retention period

Data is kept for the duration of the subscription, then deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@kln-monitoring.fr. You may also refer the matter to the CNIL.

8. Cookies

The website uses a minimum of cookies necessary for its operation. Any analytics cookie will be subject to consent collection.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
